Our Story

Hi! My name is Stephanie Braland but people call me Steph (unless I'm in trouble! haha) and I am the owner and founder of Doce Lar. I created this brand as a way of sharing my love for adding pieces to your space that help make it feel like "home", which is where the name comes from: Doce Lar means "Sweet Home" in Portuguese. Over the years, our brand has evolved a lot and when I became a mom, I dove into the world of Kid's Education resulting in our current best seller, our Educational Banners for Kids.
